There are plenty of memories to encounter in your college life, but I bet it’s more memorable when it’s beyond the classroom and can be taken on stage. School events that bring the unforgettable spirit of college life.

It’s the intense preparation, the drum beating to welcome you in each competition, the cheering, the colors that each represent, or the country that needs to be represented. It’s that stage in front of you where you’ll take your pride.

Starting with the intense preparation, from the choreos that are so hard to follow, the practice, and many walkouts for one big performance. The happenings that will drain you out along with your money.

We can just really find ourselves having sleepless nights without any trade for grades. It’s the passion for good costumes, the best performance, and the rewarding feeling that we wanted to get.

Not only that, there are so many different activities in different college events. You might be the one for the beauty or for the brains.

You might find yourself joining competitions, performing on stage, cheering for your friends, or simply watching from the crowd. Sometimes, you join because you want to win, but sometimes, you join because you just want to be part of the experience.

These events can also bring people together in ways that regular classes cannot. You meet different people, make unexpected friendships, and create memories that you probably would not have experienced inside the classroom.

There are moments when everything feels exhausting, especially after days of practice and preparation. But once you finally step on that stage, all the sleepless nights, money, and effort somehow become worth it.

There are so many school events that can either be the most boring or the ones you’ll never forget. Sometimes you don’t see yourself attending, often times you are looking forward to it.

Or you could be the loudest cheerer, the one who made all the props, the makeup, the one who gets their voice grew hoarse along with the nonstop clapping.

These are the events that used to be the pride of our section, team, course, or department.

For some students, these events become a break from the usual routine of classes, assignments, and deadlines. It gives us a chance to see our classmates and friends in a different environment.

Sometimes, we participate because our friends convince us to join. Other times, we simply want to experience something outside our usual college routine.

There are also moments when we unexpectedly find ourselves on stage. What starts as a simple school activity can become a memory that we carry long after the event ends.

These events also allow us to meet people we normally would not interact with. We share the same space, cheer for the same performances, and become part of something bigger than our own classrooms.

Maybe that is what makes school events special. They give us stories that lectures and exams cannot always provide.

Years from now, we might not remember every assignment we submitted or every lesson we discussed. But we might remember the people we were with, the stage we stood on, and the moments when college felt less like school and more like a part of our lives.

And when we get to look back, it’s now the pride of our memories that we will always carry with us.
